Refund Policy

Airline Rules and Responsibility

Travel Terminus operates solely as a technology platform and Partner Booking Portal.

All refund requests, refund eligibility, refund approvals, refund amounts, refund timelines, cancellation refunds, no-show refunds, void refunds, and any other refund-related actions are governed by the policies, fare rules, terms, conditions, and operational decisions of the respective airline.

The final decision regarding refund eligibility, refund amount, and refund approval shall rest solely with the respective airline.

Advance Payments

Any advance payment, deposit, booking commitment amount, or similar payment made by a Partner is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Travel Terminus.

Booking Cancellation Refunds

Refunds for cancelled bookings shall be governed by the applicable airline fare rules, airline refund policies, airline penalties, and airline approval.

The refundable amount, if any, shall be calculated after deduction of:

  • Airline cancellation charges
  • Airline penalties
  • Travel Terminus service fees
  • Administrative and processing charges, where applicable

Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee refund eligibility or refund approval.

Travel Terminus Fees

All Travel Terminus service fees, convenience fees, administrative fees, processing fees, technology fees, and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Failed Booking Transactions

If a booking fails due to a payment gateway issue, banking issue, technical issue, duplicate transaction, or payment processing error, Travel Terminus will initiate the refund process for any successfully received payment.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days and may vary depending on the payment method, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway, or financial institution.

Refund Processing Timeline

Where a refund is approved by the airline, Travel Terminus will process the refund immediately upon receiving the refunded amount from the airline.

Once processed by Travel Terminus, the refund is generally credited to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the payment method, banking institution, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution involved.

Travel Terminus shall not be responsible for delays caused by airlines, banks, payment gateways, payment processors, or financial institutions.

Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If a flight is cancelled, rescheduled, or disrupted by the airline, any refund, credit, rebooking option, or compensation shall be governed solely by the airline's policies and fare rules.

Travel Terminus cannot guarantee approval of any refund, credit, or compensation request.
