Cancellation Policy

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment by the Partner and ticket issuance by the airline.

All fares, taxes, fees, seat availability, and booking conditions are subject to airline rules and may change until the booking is confirmed and ticketed.

Any quotation, fare offer, itinerary, or flight availability shared with a Partner by Travel Terminus is subject to airline availability and fare changes until the booking is confirmed.

Once a booking is confirmed and ticketed, the booking becomes subject to the applicable airline fare rules, conditions, restrictions, and cancellation policies.

Travel Terminus operates solely as a technology platform and Partner Booking Portal that facilitates flight bookings through various airlines on behalf of travel agencies, travel partners, and businesses.

All flight bookings, ticket issuance, cancellations, refunds, flight changes, date changes, route changes, name corrections, schedule changes, reissuance requests, void requests, no-show determinations, waiver approvals, force majeure claims, and all other booking-related actions are governed by the policies, fare rules, terms, conditions, and operational decisions of the respective airline.

Travel Terminus does not create, modify, override, or control any airline policy, fare rule, penalty, restriction, refund eligibility, cancellation eligibility, change eligibility, waiver approval, or operational decision.

Any request submitted through the Travel Terminus Partner Booking Portal, Customer Support Phone, WhatsApp, or Email shall be processed in accordance with the applicable airline rules and approvals.

The final decision regarding booking confirmation, cancellation approval, refund approval, refund amount, void approval, booking modification, no-show treatment, waiver approval, schedule change handling, and force majeure consideration shall rest solely with the respective airline.

Travel Terminus shall not be held responsible or liable for any airline decision, refund rejection, cancellation charge, refund delay, booking restriction, operational disruption, schedule change, denied request, or any loss arising from an airline's policies or actions.

A cancellation request shall be considered received only after acknowledgment by Travel Terminus.

Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation approval, refund eligibility, waiver approval, or any other booking action. All requests remain subject to the applicable airline fare rules, policies, restrictions, and approvals.

Travel Terminus shall process the request with the respective airline; however, the final decision regarding cancellation, refund, void, booking modification, waiver approval, no-show handling, or any other booking-related action shall be determined solely by the airline.

All flight cancellations shall be subject to the applicable airline fare rules, airline cancellation penalties, airline restrictions, and airline approval.

In addition to the airline cancellation charges, Travel Terminus service fees, administrative fees, processing fees, and transaction charges may apply.

The final cancellation amount and refundable amount shall be determined based on:

• Airline fare rules
• Airline cancellation penalties
• Airline restrictions
• Ticket type and fare conditions
• Travel date and route
• Applicable Travel Terminus service fees

Certain airline fares, promotional fares, discounted fares, special fares, and restricted fare classes may be wholly non-refundable as determined by the airline.

Where permitted by the airline, refundable taxes may be processed in accordance with the airline's refund policy.

Refund eligibility, refund amount, and refund approval are determined solely by the respective airline.

Requests for flight changes, date changes, route changes, passenger information updates, name corrections, reissuance, or any other booking modification shall be governed by the applicable airline rules.

Any modification may attract:

• Airline change penalties
• Fare differences
• Additional taxes and surcharges
• Travel Terminus service fees

All modifications are subject to airline approval and seat availability.

Group bookings may be subject to separate airline terms, conditions, and fare rules.

Cancellation charges, deposit forfeiture, name change restrictions, modification penalties, and refund eligibility shall be governed by the applicable airline policies.

Travel Terminus reserves the right to apply additional service or processing fees for group booking cancellation requests.

Ticket void requests are subject to airline eligibility criteria, airline timelines, airline fare rules, and airline approval.

Submission of a void request does not guarantee ticket voiding or refund approval.

Any approved void shall be processed according to the airline's policies and applicable Travel Terminus service fees.

In the event of flight cancellation, schedule change, route change, operational disruption, aircraft change, or any other airline-initiated action, all refund, credit, rebooking, compensation, and waiver decisions shall be governed solely by the respective airline's policies and fare rules.

Travel Terminus shall not be responsible for airline operational decisions or their consequences.

If a passenger fails to complete check-in, misses a flight, fails to travel on a booked segment, or otherwise does not utilize the booking, the booking may be treated as a No-Show by the airline.

No-Show determination, penalties, refund eligibility, and any subsequent action shall be governed solely by the applicable airline fare rules and policies.

Travel Terminus shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, interruptions, schedule changes, losses, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Airport closures
• Air traffic control restrictions
• Strikes or labor disputes
• Political unrest
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Airline operational issues

Any waiver, credit, refund, rebooking, exception, or accommodation arising from such events shall be subject solely to the airline's policies, fare rules, and approval.

Travel Terminus reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

The version published on the website at the time of the cancellation request shall govern the cancellation process.
